As a personal data controller and as a representative of personal data controllers, we grant great importance to your personal data and declare that we will protect and ensure the confidentiality, integrity and accessibility of your processed personal data, ensuring necessary technical and  organizational measures to prevent unauthorized use or access to this data and  we will prevent  breaches of personal data security in accordance with applicable law.

1. The legal basis for the processing of personal data:

• the data subject has given his/her consent for the processing of his/her personal data for one or more specific purposes
• the processing is necessary both for information purposes and for the execution of a contract to which the data subject is a party or to take steps at the request of the data subject before  concluding a contract

• name and surname
• city
• phone number
• email address

3. The purpose for which the collected data will be used:

• execution of a contract concluded between the Controller and the data  subject
• recruitment and human resources purposes in relation to candidates and employees
• marketing purposes and commercial communications (newsletter)
• refusal to provide personal data may determine
• the impossibility of providing the services and/or fulfilling the other purposes of the contracts

4. Duration of processing:

The data will be processed as long as necessary for the purposes described above or until the date when the data subject requests the deletion of his personal data from the Controller’s  database. After the expiration of a period of 5 (five) years from the date of the last contract or the last use of your personal data will be permanently and definitively deleted.

5. Categories of recipients of your personal data:

• our employees or authorized representatives
• employees or representatives of entities authorized by us in connection with the execution of  contracts or within the legal relations ancillary to  contracts
• your personal data may be communicated to the competent authorities according to the legal  obligations incumbent on us
• certain categories of personal data will be transferred outside Romania, in EU/EEA states, to entities authorized by us or to public authorities according to the law

6. Data Protection:

• Your data (messages sent through the contact form or request for offer) are stored only on the  computers of employees trained to process them. All these computers are secured with both  passwords and antivirus and firewall software.
• The data received via the newsletter are transmitted to the Mailerlite e-mail marketing  software, to which also only logged-in employees have access. If you sign up for the newsletter, we consider that you agree both with the transmission of information and with the Privacy  Policy and the Terms and Conditions of this software.

7. Your rights as a data subject:

According to the normative acts in force regarding the processing of personal data, you have the right to:

• information, consultation and access regarding your processed personal data
• copy of your processed data
• rectification or deletion of your personal data
• opposition and limitation of processing or regarding the object of  processing
• data portability
• stopping the processing of your personal data at any time, based on the withdrawal of  consent

All requests and notifications regarding the protection of personal data will be resolved within30 days at most, and we will communicate the justified response in written form through any appropriate means of communication.

You have the right to submit a complaint to the National Supervisory Authority for the Processing of Personal Data (https://www.dataprotection.ro), if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the laws in force.
